This Privacy Policy describes how Azveroniq S.A.S. ("Azveroniq", "we", "us") processes personal data collected through the website azveroniq.com and its related services. It is written in accordance with Argentine Law 25.326 on the Protection of Personal Data, its regulatory framework, and the current guidelines issued by the Agencia de Acceso a la Información Pública (AAIP) as of 2026.
1. Data controller
Azveroniq S.A.S., CUIT 30-71834562-4, with registered office at Av. Corrientes 3247, Floor 8, C1193AAB, Autonomous City of Buenos Aires, Argentina, acts as the data controller. You can reach our privacy team at privacy@azveroniq.com.
2. Data we collect
We collect only the information we need to answer your queries, keep the site functional and improve it. Depending on your interaction we may process: contact information provided through the form (name, email address, message content); technical data (IP address, device type, browser, approximate location at country/region level); interaction data (pages visited, time on page, referral source) and consent records (choices made in the cookie banner and timestamp).
3. Purposes and legal basis
We process personal data to reply to messages sent through the contact form (contract preparation and consent), to keep the site secure and operational (legitimate interest and legal duty), to comply with legal, tax and regulatory obligations applicable in Argentina, and — where you gave consent through the cookie banner — to measure the performance of the site and of our advertising campaigns.
4. Storage periods
Messages sent through the form are retained for up to 24 months after the last contact. Consent records are kept for 24 months to prove compliance. Technical logs are kept for 12 months for security purposes. Longer retention only applies when required by Argentine law.
5. Recipients and processors
Data may be shared with carefully selected service providers acting on our behalf, such as hosting infrastructure, email delivery, analytics and advertising measurement (Google LLC through Consent Mode v2). Where providers process data outside Argentina, we require adequate safeguards under Argentine data protection rules.
6. Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify, update and, when applicable, request the deletion of your personal data. You may also object to certain processing and withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing. Requests can be sent to privacy@azveroniq.com. You may also file a complaint with the AAIP.
7. Security
We apply technical and organisational measures aimed at protecting personal data against unauthorised access, loss or alteration, including encrypted transport (HTTPS), access controls and periodic reviews. No system is fully immune to incidents; we notify the competent authority and affected users when required.
8. Minors
The website is not directed at minors under 18. We do not knowingly process personal data of minors. If you believe a minor has provided us with data, please contact us so we can remove it.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect operational, legal or regulatory changes. The date of the last revision is shown at the top. When changes are significant, we will highlight them on the website.
